Dispatching
Products in stock are sent on the same or the next business day that the order is
received and payment confirmed. Products not in stock will be sent within five
business days. Customers who order products that are not in stock or currently
unavailabe will be notified and payment, if made, will be refunded.

Extra charges
For orders of books or Go equipment sent outside of Japan, up to 15% will be
charged for shipping and handling.
For orders inside Japan, actual shipping cost plus consumption tax will be added.
Return Policy
If merchandise is damaged in shipment, it will be replaced or payment refunded.
If merchandise does not arrive within a reasonable time, it will be resent or payment
refunded.
If a different product than the one ordered is sent, it will be replaced or payment refunded.
If any problems arise, the customer should contact Kiseido within seven business
days upon receipt merchandise.
If the merchandise ordered has already been sent, it cannot be exchanged for other merchandise.
If the merchandise has been used by the customer, it cannot be returned.
If the merchandise has been specially requested by the customer, it cannot
be returned.
